Week 08 - EM00 to EM12 are all part of the 12-week Self-Mastery course.
Before you start this course you must have completed our free mandatory introduction 00 EM.
While you can view any week as stand-alone, the course is designed to build on foundations. We recommend that the most significant benefit is moving progressively through the weeks, building your skills one week at a time

Welcome to this module on building a life worth living. So far we've been covering skills to understand emotions. We use mindfulness to reduce our suffering and increase our joy. We've looked at ways to look after our body and mind, including stress reduction.

Our overall goal is to use these skills as part of a bigger picture, and that is ensuring that we are living a life that has meaning for us. In this module, we're going to focus on how to use;

* How to Cope Ahead

to build a life worth living.
